In calendar year 2020, cash received from contributions, dues, and fundraising activities resulted in the creation of Heard Foundation Stipends, which we provide to High School graduates seeking to pursue educational opportunities as a means of becoming productive citizens in society.   The Heard Foundation has provided 43 $250 stipends totaling $10, 750 to recipients throughout the community.  Individuals that are identified for these stipends continue to receive them on a yearly basis to assist with school supplies and daily necessities while in school.  In an attempt to identify as many potential stipend recipients as possible within the community, we have coordinated with several churches to identify high school graduates.  Our goal is to continue to to fund our current stipend recipients and add an additional 25 stipend recipients each year.
